Business Need

Seguros Universal struggles serving the needs of its diverse Dominican customer base because mail delivery in the Dominican Republic is one of the poorest in the Western Hemisphere.  Seguros Universal wanted to ‘speak’ to its customers to address their needs and ‘connect’ with them to give them a ‘voice.’

WIQ Solution

Seguros brought 500 ‘clients’ to the Santo Domingo’s technical college where over the course of five days these consumers participated in a total of 25 WIQ sessions.  Utilized the ‘mentor’ approach with most of the customers with a college student assisting the clients.  Each session was two hours and Seguros used the opportunity to ask about services, clients willingness to pay for additional services, tested slogans, logo designs and customer service experiences.
